Keith Dundas

Co-Chair & Founder

Rob is currently the Co-Chair and Founder of the Alberta Intercollegiate Sales and Marketing Case Competition. The case competition was established to address the need to showcase Alberta’s best post-secondary talent in sales and marketing. The competition aims to bring industry judges together to evaluate Alberta students in an impartial and rewarding environment; and is designed to bridge the transition of work integrated learning and fulltime employment.

Rob has been part of the marketing faculty at SAIT since 2019, teaching Professional Selling, Digital Marketing and Marketing Communications.

Michael Elsdon

Founder & Director of Media and Academic Relations

Michael's career spans both the non-profit and corporate sectors, where he consistently creates innovative solutions—from establishing new departments and tools to filling organizational voids with creative training and problem-solving. A serial intrapreneur he joined a multinational oil and gas startup with no prior experience in the field, ultimately becoming the first hire and the last to leave, and he managed HR, IT, and Admin remotely after a flood, long before remote work was common. Michael also built a student-focused leadership and life skills program from scratch and, when the pandemic hit, set up a fully functional broadcast studio with limited resources. With hands-on experience in marketing, IT, communications, community relations, HR, leadership development, and corporate social responsibility, he has frequently found himself forging new and uncharted territory in every position he has held.

Keith is currently the Co-Chair and Founder of the Alberta Intercollegiate Sales and Marketing Case Competition. He has worked in client and agency-side marketing for over 25 years and has been part of the business faculty at SAIT since 2018.

Keith champions Work Integrated Learning, often connecting classroom theory to practical, real-world applications. Keith also established a live music series called Sunnyside Summer Nights that provided performance opportunities and marketing assets to emerging musicians, reflecting his commitment to developing new talent both inside and outside the classroom.
